Some of you have noticed that I have not only removed a few of my older videos but that

I also have updated plenty of them with voice over. When I started YouTube I didn't have

the recording tools that I have available today so I had plenty of videos without voice overs.

Recently I really felt that I needed to update much of my content and I started with going

through a lot of my old content and not only realised that I wanted freshen up my content but I spotted a lot of recipes that I have found improved upon since then which I haven't shared with all of you.

What does that mean?! It means remakes on a few recipes to keep you up to date with my current way of cooking a few of the dishes that I have improved upon the past few years.

So look forward to that!
