Boost your metabolism | Vegan-Gluten free

Hello my lovelies.


I tend to have a few things for breakfast to balance what I fuel myself with and to help my body to manage the day. I love a cup of tea in the morning and I tend to go for matcha and green chai for that extra boost. Other than that I always drink unpasteurised apple cider vinegar. Being unpasteurised it does taste more than usual and this is how I make it work,



Pour the two ingredients in the same glass and drink it up after you've finished your breakfast, apple cider vinegar helps boost your metabolism. This version is the easier of the two to digest but I have recently begun drinking it in shots so the measurement are;


Serves 1 shot.

What you need:

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon of water


I pour this up in a shot glass and drink it in one sweep after I've had my breakfast. It has taken some getting used to but I do enjoy having it in one go because that it's quick and easy.
