Chiapudding with Christmas spices | Christmas | Vegan | Gluten-free

Hello my lovelies! Today we are making a simple but ever so delicious dessert that in my book also works as a breakfast treat. It's a chia pudding packed with Christmas flavour.



What you need for chia pudding:


4 tbsp chia seed

2 dl coconut cream

1 dl water

3 tsp gingerbread seasoning

1 tsp vanilla powder

A pinch of salt


Notes: what you need for gingerbread seasoning:

1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp grounded cloves


In a bowl pour in the coconut cream, add the chia seeds, vanilla powder, water, gingerbread seasoning and a pinch of salt. Stir together until it looks combined and allow to thicken over night in the fridge.


Serve with some mixed nuts, cranberries and/or raisins and a dusting on cinnamon and icing sugar.
