Hello my lovelies! I don't know about you but October is such an interesting month, not only do I get to celebrate my brother and dad's birthdays but it also is the month where the days become darker and each day are moving closer to the end of the year. I enjoy the calm that drapes over each day and the beauty of fall. I of course want to get creative and prepare some new recipes for Halloween the ultimate celebration for this time of year. Let's make chocolate cake, Halloween style!

What you need for the chocolate cake:
115g vegan butter
5 dl (2 cups) sugar
2 1/2 dl (2 cups) flour
2 dl (0.8 cups) aquafaba
1 dl (0.4 cups) vegan milk
1 dl (0.4 cups) cooled coffee
1 dl (0.4 cups) dark chocolate
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
What you need for cream cheese topping:
400g cream cheese
1/2 dl (0.2 cups) sugar
1 dl (0.4 cups) aquafaba
Orange food colouring
What you need for decoration:
Chopped oreos
1/2 dl (0.2 cups) chocolate chips
Begin with preheating the oven to 185℃ (365℉) and place a baking sheet into a baking tray. Boil enough coffee for the brownie and glaze and allow it to cool.
Using a kitchen machine add the sugar and aquafaba, whip until it becomes fluffy and while it is whipping add 115g butter in a pot and allow it to melt then add chocolate, milk and 1 dl (0.4 cups) coffee.
In a separate bowl add all the dry ingredients and sift them into the aquafaba mixture.
Pour in the melted butter mixture and whip until it looks like a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the baking tray and pop it into the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. Once done baking allow to cool completely.
In a bowl add the cream cheese, aquafaba, sugar and whisk until it looks smooth. Now add food colouring and mix until it's combined and set aside
in the fridge.
Chop the cookies roughly that we will use as decoration.
Once the brownie has cooled it's time to add the cream cheese on top and evenly smooth it out.
Next sprinkle out the cookies and chocolate chips and the brownies are ready for munching!
