Chocolate chip cookie cereal | Vegan-Gluten free

Hello my lovelies! This cereal is one that I definitely have seen in my feed for awhile and every time I couldn't get over how adorable these mini cookies look. If there's something I can't get enough of it's cute things and if it's food that's even better! Why not start of the day with a bunch of miniature cookies so you can rock the day feeling larger than life!

What you need for chocolate chip:
5 dl (2 cups) almond flour
1/2 dl (0.2 cups) tapioca starch
1 tsp baking powder
6 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 dl (0.4 cups) vegan milk
1/2 dl (0.2 cups) vegan chocolate chips
Serves 4 people.
Begin with preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F)
In a food processor add the dry ingredients, vegan milk, maple syrup, coconut oil and pulse until it comes together.
Place a baking sheet on a baking tray.
Transfer the dough into a bowl and add the chocolate chips and fold them into the dough. Pinch of a piece of dough about the size of a marble and roll it into a ball and place on the baking sheet and press into a cookie shape, rinse and repeat until you run out of dough.
Pop into the middle of the oven about 6-10 minutes, they should look golden around the edges.
Allow to cool and keep in a container for up to a week.
Serve in a bowl with milk.
