Cloud berry cake | Halloween | Gluten-free | Vegan
Hello my lovelies! So what do we have planned next for Halloween, well I'll have you know it's something more simple! Though this recipe takes a little fidgeting at least the components are few. Right, right?!

What you need for berry cloud cake:
5 dl (2 cups) berry sauce (red)
4 1/2 tsp agar agar
2 1/2 dl (1 cup) whipped cream
In a pot on medium high heat add the berry sauce and the agar agar and bring
up to heat while stiring. It should thicken up.
Take of the heat and allow to cool for a few minutes, it should be room temperature.
Next pour the berry sauce mixture into a kitchen machine bowl and using the whisk
attachment beat the sauce on the highest speed for 15-20 minutes.
It should add air into the sauce, similar to when you're making a meringue and
should be able to hold a stiff peak.
Place a baking sheet in a baking pan about 22-22 cm about 9 x 9 inch in size.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and even out the surface. Pop into the
fridge for 1-2 hours.
Whip some whipped cream and spread across the top of the cake before serving.
