There have been many wonderful events taking place despite the years we've had at our hands. Many new changes and plenty of them have been positive which is honestly where we want to be headed.

My wonderful cousin Daniel finally got himself an apartment and he invited us over for dinner and oh dear have I been looking forward to this. Last we spoke he was so happily shopping furniture and interior for his new home and I couldn't wait to see how stunning his new home would turn out.

We turned up at his apartment building after work and these new buildings looked amazing. I was stunned at all the new technology, there was displays for everything from ringing up who you are visiting the elevator, levels and who lives on which apartment and so on.

When we reached his floor the door stood open and we headed in and we were met with an absolute chaos created from a very time optimistic Daniel. Oh dear we had such a great laugh throughout the evening due to this. One of the many reasons why I love him.

We got served a wonderful butternut squash soup, it was creamy and had a lovely heat to it. He also had bread and plenty of sides to eat along with it. For desert he had bought some bon bons from Steinbrenner & Nyberg as they had vegan ones as well. My oh my they were delicious!

His apartment is a single room but it does have a loft where he has placed his bed and the height of the walls were incredible as well as the view. He had beautiful Scandinavian style furniture and the decor to work in harmony with it.

It was a lovely dinner date and I wish him all the best with his new home.
