Exercise | Ab exercise P4 | Blog
Hello my lovelies and welcome to my Friday blog! Let's share, let's connect, let's gooo!
If there's a goal I have set up for myself while exercising it has been the goal to have
visible abs. I have never actually had visible abs before and viewing those who have achieved this goal I cannot help but wish that for myself. I find it attractive and having a strong gut has become one of my main goals other than becoming more physically fit.
I have been doing regular crunches for the first few months and recently I have been adding more to my ab exercise which have been reverse crunches, leg raises, pulls-ups, cross crunches and sit-ups.

If there's a spot on my stomach that I feel I struggle with it has been the lower abdomen and adding to my exercise have changed that. I honestly feel my abdomen the most doing the leg raises.
I tend to divide each one with 24 crunches each and if I feel like doing a more intense routine I double that. To keep myself motivated to do this I keep my ab exercise as the last intense exercise I do before cooling down, kind of as a reward to myself.
