Hello my lovelies and welcome to my Friday blog! Let's share, let's connect, let's gooo!

So one of my absolute favourite exercises have always been aerobics, if there's one thing that keeps me motivated to keep training and having fun it is definitely this.

I have a few routines that I follow and I'll have you know that there are many different content creators out there that share a lot of great routines that also are so much fun. There are a few that I swap in-between to keep the exercise fresh and interesting and the ones I am currently following are;

Pump It Up Workout - Ministry of Sound - Deanne Berry

This routine is easy to follow and is split into segments which I like as I can adjust which part I am physically fit to manage or if I just want an easier or tougher workout. I do have to admit I love the outfits too so 80's and Deanne Berry is really killing it!

30 Mins Aerobic Dance Workout - Bipasha Basu

Another great one it is so much fun and a great flow throughout a bit harder to follow due to less instructions of each step but easy enough to pick up on. The energy is high and Bibpasha is such a delight.

This Killer Workout Torches Calories - Jeanette

This is a tougher routine but you feel such a great sense of accomplishment after you've finished this exercise. I love the energy during the routine Jeanette is really bringing her A game here and it honestly help to keep me motivated, making me feel part of their exercise group. Bring it girls!
