Hello my lovelies and welcome to my Friday blog! Let's share, let's connect, let's gooo!
When it comes to exercise I love aerobics as well as strength training and to start up I don't want to push myself to hard because that usually deters me from doing exercise on a regular.
So I kept thinking about my options and where I should start and there's a VR game that I love to play which is Beatsaber, if you don't know about it it's a game where you strike blocks with different colours and arrows in different directs to the beat of various songs.

It is such a fun and active game which you might not be thinking at first but my oh my do you break out a sweat and you end up really feeling it on your upper body and even with some of the songs you'll feel it in your legs due to squatting.
You can choose difficulty and I am currently playing at expert which is so much fun, they songs really mix up the challenge with speed, direction and movement.
It's it keeps me active and is loads of fun! This is what I am starting up with for the first month. I am exercising 3 times a week for an hour each with Beatsaber to ease myself into the routine of exercise and what I fun way to begin!
