Another tool that I ended up purchasing at the same time as I got the jawline exerciser

tool is the hand gripper tool. The one I purchased has so you can adjust the weight up

to 20kg and honestly the most I have ever used one of these before is when I tried one

while working at Flying Tiger back in the days.


So getting to know how one best uses this tool has been eye opening. I didn't realize

just how many different ways you could use this tool and the one I knew of is the hand

squeeze exercise but naturally there is also the reverse hand squeeze which makes sense.


With time I begun doing the thumb, pointer and little finger exercise, thumb and index

finger, thumb and finger tip as well as the ring and pinky finger exercise.


It's really neat exercising your hand as it's not a place I would commonly think of to

exercise and using this tool I am getting to know muscles in my hands that I didn't

know I could improve upon.


Along with my jawline exerciser I use this before my cool down at least 3 times a week.
