So if there's something I have come to appreciate since I started exercising again back in
August 2021 is that there are so many tools that can help you out in areas you might find
more difficult to exercise otherwise.
I truly wasn't looking for anything in specific when I went browsing for tools, I was
considering getting a tougher resistance band and while looking for one I came across
this very odd looking tool and it got me curious.

I figured it might be interesting to purchase the jawline exerciser and see if I would
enjoy this tool as a routine while exercising and to my delight it actually has become a
a staple in my routine.
I chew on it before I begin my cool down and I tend to chew 100 times at the moment
as that is what I can manage before I feel like it strains.
If I have noted anything so far that would be that my cheeks feel more firm and that my
cheekbones are appearing more prominent than before. I will keep exercising with this
tool and currently I am doing it 3 times a week along with my regular exercise routine.
