So this is the most recent tool that I have added to my routine and it most certainly has paid off. Honestly jump ropes is something I feel I haven't been doing since I was young and I guess I have forgotten how much fun it is.



The jump rope I am using is a cordless one due to me living at an apartment building I try to make as little noise as possible and the rope hitting the floor isn't ideal. This jump rope

works wonderfully and the routine I am following is;

It's a fun routine with great pacing and as Rachel says you can always pretend you have a jump rope if you don't have one.
