So my idea to keep myself on track is that I plan out which days I exercise which will be 3 times a week which will be Monday, Wednesday and Fridays as that will give me enough time in-between to allow my body to rest.



1. So I started up with Beatsaber for the first 2 months and I exercised 3 times a week and to start with because that fits my schedule the best as it takes less time to set up and start up Beatsaber.


2. After these two months I added Aerobics on the Wednesday as I usually have a day off which fits my schedule along with my weekly recipe uploads. This will not only add more activity to my exercise but also change it up and keep it fresh and interesting. Again I will keep it at the same interval and keep at it for 2 months.


3. Once these 2 months had passed I added exercise with resistance bands because it allows great variety of exercises. When you exercise with resistance bands, you get a dynamic resistance that means the resistance varies throughout the exercise and I love exercising this way. My plan was to implement this on Fridays so that each day time adds a different type of exercise to get the most effectiveness out of it.


The idea long-term is that I have this as the basis but the routines will vary on each exercise session. So to start with I will do what's stated above and after 6 months I will reflect and see if this is working or if I want to add/remove anything and of course implement to my schedule.
