If there's one exercise tool that I love working out with it, it's the resistance band.

It really adds a huge amount of variety and at the end of it I always feel that my muscles

have been used to their potential.


I use two different resistance bands, one for my legs and one for my arms. It really adds to the routine as it helps focus the exercise to specific areas and I tend to section up my routine by mixing a warm-up part of the aerobics and then I exercise with my resistance bands, jump rope,sit ups and finish with a cool down.



The routine I follow for my arms;

10 min RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT - Mik


This such a great routine due to Mik adding a lot of different techniques and the fact that it is 10 minutes really helps when I integrate it with the other routines as well. I honestly feel the muscle soreness after this routine.


The routine I follow for my legs;

10 min RESISTANCE BAND BOOTY At Home Workout - Maddie


Maddie really have formed a great workout here, the different positions and the fact that it's a 10 minute workout is nice too and you can feel your legs like crazy! It's so satisfying.
