Hello my lovelies and welcome to my Friday blog! Let's share, let's connect, let's gooo!
If you are anything like me you know the struggles of beginning exercising and how difficult it can be to pick it up again. I've been here several times and now after a long period of not being active I honestly need to pick it up.
I've felt how my well-being, both physically and mentally have required it. I am constantly
working on both of those aspects of my life and falling back to slacking happens to the best of us and honestly picking yourself back up and working on it is the best thing you can do and I often have to remind myself how it's normal to fall as long as I pick myself back up.

It's so easy to look at the negative and failure of not following through once you've started. So I wanted to share with you wonderful Shadefooders that it happens to all of us, I've been there several times and I am just happy that I am back on track and starting things up again and while doing so I wanted to keep a blog on this as keeping a journal of it all really will help me to not only keep motivated but help keep me focused.
1. So what I want to share in this blog is what exercising I will focus on and why.
2. How I am going about planning it out, like what type of exercise. Which days I do what
and for how long I will do each.
3. What am I am focusing on when it comes to my diet and being a food blogger how I
will balance the two.
4. Also how I will plan out my long-term options.
I feel like these are some good basis to start with and if you're at the same point as I am perhaps it can help guide you too. Let's do this!
