Hot chocolate lolly sticks | Gluten-free | Vegan
Hello my lovelies and welcome back! To finish this month where we have been popping I thought we would make some lollies that most certainly are more comforting than anything. I ended up making 3 different flavours and my fave is the fudge and sea salt.
Oh the comfort these brought at the end of the day.

What you need for the chocolate:
1 1/4 dl (1/2 cup) heavy cream
350g chocolate
210g condensed milk (renée voltaire)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
What you need for decorations
Vegan mini marshmallows
Fudge and sea salt
Vegan mini marshmallows
M&M's
Vegan mini marshmallows ( I am using the peppermint ones)
Candy cane
15 popsicle sticks
Pour the heavy cream into a pot and bring it to medium high heat, once the cream is warm add the condensed milk and cocoa powder. Stir and bring to a simmer.

In a heat proof bowl add the chocolate chips and pour the cream mixture over allow it to sit for a few minutes before stirring. Add the flavours of your choice into a silicon mould of choice or muffin tins. Pour in the chocolate.
Decorate with the additional flavours and pop in a popsicle stick into each mould. Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Or freezer for around 2 hours.
Enjoy these wonderful lollies in a cup of warm vegan milk!
