Ice chocolate | Christmas | Vegan | Gluten-free
Hello my lovelies! Today we are making even more Christmas treats and this is a very common treat here in Sweden which has it's origin from Germany and that is Ice chocolate. It's such a small wonderful treat, which melts easily in your mouth.
I am making mine with a variety of flavours.

What you need for ice chocolate:
200g dark chocolate
75g coconut oil
The flavours I used:
Liquorice powder with dried raspberries and pink food glitter
Variety of nuts with silver food glitter
Cranberries with silver/pink food glitter
Quinoa puffs and gold food glitter
In a pot add the coconut oil and bring to medium high heat. Add the chopped dark chocolate and stir until it thickens.
Or heat up the chocolate in 30 second intervals and stir in the coconut oil.
Add each flavour into the aluminium foil cups and then top it off with chocolate.
Decorate each with the flavour added and then allow to set in the fridge.
