Marbled orange fudge | Gluten-free | Vegan | YouTube | Halloween

Hello my lovelies and welcome back to another spooky month of Halloween!

I honestly don't know just how spooky a square can be but in the spirit of Halloween we shall honour this wonderful holiday with white chocolate fudge to sate our holiday

sweet tooth!

175g of vegan butter

160g white chocolate

2 1/2 dl (1 cup) whip cream

2 1/2 dl (1 cup) marshmallow fluff

7 1/2 dl (3 cups) sugar

3 tsp orange flower water

Orange food colouring


What you need for marshmallow fluff


1 dl (0.4 cup) sugar

3/4 dl (0.3 cup) aquafaba

1/2 tsp vanilla sugar

1/4 tsp cream of tartar


Should make around 24 squares.


In a bowl add aquafaba, vanilla powder and cream of tartar. Whisk until it starts to become fluffy and now add a little bit of sugar at a time while whisking. It should look fluffy, glossy and your peaks should stay.


(Tip: the remaining fluff you can bake in the oven to make meringues. Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 100°C (210°F) and after that turn the oven off and leave the door slightly open and allow it to cool in the heat for another hour.)


In a pot add butter, cream and sugar. Bring to heat on medium high while stirring until the

sugar dissolves and then bring to a boil and cook while stirring for 4-5 minutes.


Remove the pot from the heat and stir in chopped white chocolate and marshmallow fluff until it looks smooth.


Divide the fudge in half into separate bowls and add a few drops of orange food colouring into one of the bowls along with orange flower water and stir until the colour looks even. Pour into a pan along with the white fudge. Use a knife or skewer to swirl so we get a marbled effect.


Cover the fudge and pop into the fridge for 2-3 hours or until it sets. Cut into squares

and enjoy!
