Hello my lovelies and welcome to my Friday blog! Let's share, let's connect, let's gooo!
My focus forward is to work on my passion which is my blog Every Shade of Food. I am keeping myself organised, doing my research every day into not only what recipes I want to explore but how to improve my life and how to better lead a life being vegan.
The world of food is such a big place and I am eager to keep exploring and bringing all of you with me.
Other than that I am also focusing on my exercise, getting myself into the routine and implementing new and fun ways to keep it fresh.
I aim to keep blogging every Friday so we can share ourselves with one another. I had to take a break as my schedule didn't allow for this and I made sure that I listened to myself.
I keep a close ear to my well-being, if my mind, body or soul is disagreeing with my current choices I will take a step back and reflect on why that is and what I need to change before moving forward. If I have learnt anything it is to listen to myself and take it seriously because the result is often dire.
Being open with my emotions, it's okay to not be okay and your loved ones more often than not will support you and be there for you. Of course that isn't always the case but for me I do have that support and I shouldn't be scared to reach out and I do feel that I have been open at least to the amount I have been capable of and I will work every day on improving myself.
Every day I learn something new and I keep journey forward and I am looking forward to sharing it all with you wonderful Shadefooders.
