Peanut-butter bonbons | Christmas | Vegan | Gluten-free
Uppdaterat: 8 dec. 2022
Hello my lovelies and welcome to another Christmas recipe! I do love the variety of sweets one can consume during Christmas and it's plenty more wonderful when they are easy to make and delicious to munch.

What you need for peanut butter bonbons:
2,5 dl (1 cup) almond flour
1,25 dl (0.5 cups) peanut butter
1,25 dl (0.5 cups) quinoa puffs
0,75 dl (0.3 cups) agave syrup
100g dark chocolate
1 tsp vanilla sugar
A pinch of sea salt
Makes around 20-25 pieces
In a bowl add peanut butter, agave syrup and vanilla sugar. Mix it together and then add
the almond flour and salt.
Fold in the quinoa puffs and then create balls. Place the balls on a tray covered with a
baking sheet and pop the balls in the fridge while we melt the chocolate.
I pop the chocolate into the microwave at 30 second intervals and stir in-between each
until the chocolate has melted.
Dip about 1/4 of the ball in the chocolate, the chocolate will act as the foot of the
bonbon. You can give it a gentle press to flatten the chocolate foot if needed.
Rinse and repeat and then finish of with a nice drizzle of chocolate across the top.
