Pumpkin hot chocolate | Vegan-gluten free | YouTube | Halloween

Hello my lovelies and welcome to two weeks of Halloween! Today we are making our fifth Halloween item and on Monday we made a drink and today.... we're making another drink! To celebrate Halloween we are making a pumpkin spice hot chocolate with Baileys almande welcome to part 6!


Serves 2 people.


What you need:


150g (0.6 cups) vegan white chocolate

5 dl (2 cups) vegan milk

1/2 dl (0.2 cups) pumpkin puree

A pinch of pumpkin spice

2 tbsp baileys almande

1 tbsp cold coffee

Vegan whipped cream

Orange food colour


What you need for pumpkin spice:


5 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp ground ginger

3 tsp ground nutmeg

2 tsp ground cloves

2 tsp all spice



Add vegan milk, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice into a pot and bring it to a simmer on medium high heat while stirring so it won't burn until the puree is well incorporated.


Take the pot of the heat and add the chopped chocolate and whisk until it's melted.

Then stir in the baileys and cold coffee.


Top it off with some vegan whipped cream and pumpkin spice and enjoy!
