Raspberry & blueberry smoothie bowls | Vegan-Gluten free

Hello my lovelies! When summer is around I love having smoothie bowls more than anything the freshness of the berries is something else. I tend to make a smaller bowl to eat together with my other breakfast items and recently I have been sticking to these two.


Served 2 bowls.


What you need for blueberry:


A handful or two of blueberries

1 tbsp hemp seed

1 tbsp chia seed

1/2 dl (0.2 cups) vegan milk

2 bananas

A few leaves of mint


Slice the bananas into your food processor then add the remaining ingredients and blend

until the texture is smooth. You can of course eat it as it is but I would recommend freezing it before serving and scoop it into a bowl and top off with some berries and nuts/seeds.


Serves 2 bowls.


What you need for raspberry/strawberry:


A handful of raspberries

A handful of strawberries

1 tbsp almonds

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1/2 dl (0.2 cups) vegan milk

2 Bananas


Slice the bananas into your food processor then add the remaining ingredients and blend

until the texture is smooth. Eat as is or freeze it over night.
