Raspberry smoothie | Vegan-Gluten free

Good evening my lovelies! As I am sitting here writing down future projects by my dining room table I think about how I finally feel like I am striving towards a path I always sought but never knew where to look for it. I have loved and been passionate over many things but blogging and creating recipes and videos truly is uplifting and inspiring. I have missed that side of myself a creativity that was overflowing for a big part of my youth and somehow diminished along the way. So thank you for tagging along! Whilst I am deep in my thoughts I figured I would share this raspberry and acai smoothie I made myself while I work. Lots of love!



What you need for smoothie:


3 dl (1.2 cups) vegan milk

3 dl (1.2 cups) vegan whipped cream

1 tbsp acai powder

2 tbsp raspberry powder

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

A handful fresh raspberries


Begin with heating up the vegan milk on medium high heat until boiling and then take it off the heat. Crush the raspberries with a fork and add them into the milk and while that sits and absorbs the flavour get to whisking your vegan whip and separate it into three so you can flavour one with the acai powder, second with raspberry powder and the last only with vanilla powder.


Now for layering, first layer the milk, second acai whip, third raspberry whip and third vanilla whip. Decorate with some raspberry powder and raspberries. I used freeze dried raspberries to get a chunkier texture.
