Salted caramel smoothie bowl | Vegan-Gluten free

Hello my lovelies! So this week I have been inspired to share some smoothie bowls with all of you and today I wanted to share my salted caramel flavoured one. This is definitely one that I turn to when my sweet tooth needs some settling down and I can't say for certain but many Swedes crave both sour and salted sweets and I am no different.


What you need:


3 bananas

1.1 dl (1/2 cup) cashew milk

5 dates

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp cashew butter

A pinch of sea salt


For topping:

Cinnamon

Hemp seed

Sunflower seed

A sprinkle of sea salt


This breakfast recipe is really simple, simple pour all of your ingredients into your

food processor and blend until smooth. Pour it into a bowl and top with the topping of

your choice. I have added some suggestions above.
