Chocolate balls | Raw | Vegan-Gluten free

Hello my lovelies! I have been thinking a lot about cravings and what I enjoy and how can I have them in my life? Easy, recipes! So I have been focusing on sweets and snacks this week and want to share them with you. We have a snack that I grew fond of very early in my life my grandmother loved "fika" it's when you eat something along with a beverage, for example a cup of coffee with a cookie. She would always have something sweet available when we would come visit and I have been inspired by both her and the sweets of choice made by her and today I wanted to share how to make chocolate balls. My younger brother who isn't vegan loved these and so did I and I hope you will as well.

Makes about 8-10 chocolate balls.
What you need for chocolate balls:
100 g dates
4 tbsp vegan butter
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp cold coffee
1 dl ( 1/2 cups) oats
1 dl ( 1/2 cups) coconut sprinkles
A pinch of salt
Begin with mixing dates, oats, cacao, vegan butter, coffee and salt in a
food processor.
Once the batter looks smooth it's off to shape small round
balls and then coat them with coconut sprinkles.
