White Cranberry Punch | Vegan-Gluten free | Christmas

Happy Christmas my lovelies! Welcome to the final week of 5 weeks of Christmas. So here we are at the last recipe on this series on Five weeks of Christmas, it has honestly gone by so fast and it's been an absolute joy. I want to wish you all a happy holiday no matter what you celebrate tradition is important but even more so love and respect for one another is above all. I want to thank all of you for tagging along and hopefully you have some more recipes in your backpack to help you along with a vegan lifestyle.

What you need for

3 dl (1.2 cup) tequila

2 dl (0.8 cup) grand marnier

2 dl (0.8 cup) lime juice

2 dl (0.8 cup) coconut water

2 dl (0.8 cup) coconut milk

1 1/2 dl (0.6 cup) rom with coconut flavour

1 1/2 dl (0.6 cup) white syrup

500 ml natural mineral water

150g of cranberries

What you need for garnish:


This recipe is rather simple as you require a large bowl or a jug. I use glass pitcher with a spout because this is an easy way for guests to pour a glass for themselves but of course a punch bowl has a traditional charm to them use what you see fit.

Add the following ingredients excluding the water and cranberries into a container of your choice and give it a stir. Once it is well combined top off with mineral water and add the cranberries.

Serve in a glass with some cranberries.
